2. They believe a dollar is only worth a dollar unless you give it to them. Then it will be worth a heck of a lot more.

3. They are in relentless pursuit, day in and day out, of whatever it is they are pursuing.

4. They are fun to be around. They are charming and engaging all the time except when you cross them. Then they are ruthless and vengeful.

5. They can’t stop starting. Rest is work.

6. They believe the human condition can always be improved, and they are called to improve it.

7. They think small businesses are stupid. Why waste your time with them? Build something great and impactful.

8. They don’t understand generating cash flow. They are in a relentless pursuit of revenue growth at any cost.

9. Profit is for the weak in spirit. They are difference makers who solve big problems.

10. They are Plan A people with never a thought to Plans B and C.

God has made them to be macro thinkers and micro doers. Building greatness is what they are all about.
