Paparelli Zoom Chat: Skyrocketing Unemployment
An interesting observation came from this last zoom chat. It is easier now, more than ever, to get to product-market fit.
We strive mightily to achieve this fit with our customers. To understand what they need. To discover the need, they must fill. But customers hold their cards close to the vest. Not true in times like these. Customers are under such enormous pressure. It is not business as usual for early-stage companies because it is not business as usual for our customers.
New business processes must be developed on the fly to meet the needs of their customers. New products and services are needed to solve these problems. And customers are all too willing to tell you what they need right now.
That’s where you come in.
