Are you making decisions fast enough?

Decision-making in a startup is the nucleus of risk. Bill Midgette and I discuss our experience with entrepreneurs and how they make these direction-setting decisions. When the entrepreneur makes this decision, that’s when the money starts being spent. To get that next round of funding, the first money spent will show better results. If you are an entrepreneur, you have to make these big decisions in a short timeframe based on a combination of facts, experience, and assumptions.
